Refund Policy

Last Updated: 12 August 2026

About This Policy

At Goldyseph Universal, we strive to provide high-quality website design, website development, graphic design, and digital services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may occasionally arise that require a client to request a refund.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and how refund requests are assessed and processed.

For the purposes of this policy, the terms “you,” “your,” “customer,” and “client” refer to any individual, business, organisation, or other party purchasing or engaging our services through Goldyseph.com. The terms “Goldyseph Universal,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Goldyseph Universal.

Design Services

Design services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Logo design
  • Graphic design
  • Branding
  • UI/UX design
  • Website design
  • Marketing materials
  • Other bespoke digital design services

If a refund is requested before work on the design project has commenced, a full refund may be provided.

Once design work has commenced, any refund will be considered based on the amount of work completed, resources used, and project progress.

Once the client has approved the final design or the completed design files have been delivered, the payment will generally be considered non-refundable.

Website Development

For website development projects, a refund may be requested before the development phase has commenced.

If the refund request is made before development begins, Goldyseph Universal may provide a full refund, subject to any applicable third-party costs or expenses that have already been incurred on behalf of the client.

If development has already commenced, any refund will be assessed based on the progress of the project and the work already completed.

Once a website has been substantially completed, delivered, or deployed to the client’s hosting/server environment, no refund will generally be provided.

Where third-party services, software, hosting, domains, plugins, themes, APIs, subscriptions, or other external products have been purchased specifically for a client’s project, fees associated with those products may be non-refundable.

Combined Design and Development Services

Where a project includes both design and website development services, the refund terms will apply separately to each phase.

For example, if design work has been completed and approved but website development has not yet commenced, any refund consideration will apply only to the development portion of the project and not to completed or approved design work.

Refund Request Process

1. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to:

Email: info@goldyseph.com

Refund requests should include:

  • Client name
  • Project name or description
  • Date of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for requesting the refund
  • Any relevant supporting information or documentation

Where applicable, refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the project initiation date.

2. Refund Evaluation

Upon receiving a refund request, Goldyseph Universal will review:

  • The stage of the project
  • Work already completed
  • Deliverables already provided
  • Client approvals
  • Third-party costs incurred
  • The reason for the refund request
  • The terms agreed upon when the project was purchased

The amount of any approved refund will be determined based on these factors.

3. Refund Decision

Goldyseph Universal will normally notify the client of the outcome of a refund request within 7 days of receiving the request.

If a refund is approved, we will confirm:

  • The approved refund amount
  • Any deductions that apply
  • The expected refund processing period
  • The payment method through which the refund will be issued

Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund may not be provided where:

  • The client has approved the final design, website, or other deliverables.
  • The client has received and accepted the completed work.
  • The client has used, published, implemented, or distributed any part of the delivered work.
  • Website development or other contracted work has already been substantially completed.
  • The website has been deployed to the client’s hosting/server environment.
  • The client changes their requirements, objectives, business direction, or project specifications after work has commenced.
  • The client delays or prevents completion of the project after work has commenced.
  • The client fails to provide required content, information, access credentials, approvals, or feedback necessary to complete the project.
  • Third-party products or services have already been purchased specifically for the client’s project and are non-refundable.
  • The client requests cancellation after significant time, resources, or development work have already been invested in the project.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Client-Caused Project Delays

Where a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, content, feedback, approvals, or access within a reasonable period, Goldyseph Universal may pause or reschedule the project.

Such delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.

If a project remains inactive for an extended period due to circumstances attributable to the client, Goldyseph Universal may treat the project as cancelled or completed based on the circumstances and the terms agreed for the project.

Payment Processing and Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 days of the refund being approved and any applicable refund terms being accepted by the client.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s account may depend on the client’s bank, card provider, payment processor, or other financial institution.

Third-Party Services

Goldyseph Universal may use third-party services or products as part of providing services to clients. These may include hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, software providers, plugins, themes, APIs, fonts, stock assets, and other digital services.

Where a third-party payment or service is non-refundable, Goldyseph Universal may be unable to refund that portion of the client’s payment.

Any such costs will be communicated to the client where reasonably possible.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact Goldyseph Universal at info@goldyseph.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Where a client initiates a chargeback despite services having been delivered or work having commenced in accordance with the agreed terms, Goldyseph Universal reserves the right to provide relevant project records, communications, invoices, approvals, and delivery information to the payment provider or financial institution handling the dispute.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Goldyseph Universal reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy when necessary.

Any changes will become effective when the revised policy is published on Goldyseph.com.

Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.

Agreement to This Policy

By purchasing or engaging Goldyseph Universal for website development, design, or other digital services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy should be read together with any applicable quotation, proposal, service agreement, invoice, terms and conditions, or other agreement provided to the client.
